Bartender
Position: Bartender
Department: Bar / Front of House
Reports To: Restaurant Manager or Manager on Duty
Job Summary
Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and entire restaurant while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
Take drink and food orders from bar & restaurant guests and servers
Check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age
Mix cocktails, pour beer and wine, and garnish drinks properly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Restock bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, and supplies
Process customer payments using the POS system (Toast)
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Follow all alcohol service laws and restaurant policies
Assist with opening and closing bar duties
Requirements
Knowledge of common cocktails, beers, and wines
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced service periods
Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 pounds
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous bartending experience preferred
Working Conditions
Fast-paced bar and restaurant environment
Standing for extended periods
Exposure to loud noise and busy crowds during peak hours
Some heavy lifting required

Server
Position: Server
Department: Front of House
Reports To: Manager on Duty or Lead Server
Job Summary
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our gusts by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring all guests have a rad dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Present menus and be able to explain menu items, specials, and promotions
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
Enter orders correctly into the POS system (Toast)
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Clear and reset tables after customers finish their meals
Process customer payments and provide receipts
Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Execute side work delegated per shift
Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in fast-paced periods

Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Reports To: Kitchen Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen. This role ensures that all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner to support efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans (by dishwasher and by hand)
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and kitchen area
Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored in designated areas
Remove trash and recycling from kitchen areas and dispose of it properly
Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low
Help keep the kitchen organized during busy service periods
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced service periods

Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds
Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
